Question: Why do you want to use flowchart in your mobile interface design & screen interface design? How will it help your users to meet the interactive goals?
Basically, it makes life easier for Multimedia student. What i heard by attending the Starlite talk, those senior said that " If you dont know how to draw a proper flowchart, you wont get to where you want to be. " ( dont know whether true anot XD )
After gone through those 4 videos about flowchart, flowchart consist of the beginning point ( start ) then to the procedure ( steps ) and the conclusion ( end ). This 3 element will not absent at the flowchart.
Actually, i have alot more to write about flowchart. But, after knowing the question well, i decide not to write about the defination of flowchart so much. ( because no one's going to read it ).
Okay... now lets move to the answer. My opinion for this question is that, flowchart is a process that we need to write down all the possibilities of the mobile & screen interface design. Besides, flowchart also make things easier where you would not stuck on what you going to do next. Flowchart will know what will happen next and what you should do next if you plan it nice, clean and tidy. Everything will be shown on the flowchart. Flowchart can actually be a checkpoint also because if your design pass through a certain stage or point, it consider successful and you may move on, but it fail, you gonna try it until its right...
In my opinion, flowchart has alot of definition. It depends on what you are using and when you use it. For designing the mobile & screen interface design, it surely help to know the whole flow of the interface, the possibilities and errors that will be facing and also the next step of what we should design for the interface. For question no.2 How will it help your users to meet the interactive goals?- My opinion is that if the user make a clear and tidy flowchart it will sure make the user meet the goal easily. Just follow those steps, and will definitely meet the interactive goals.
UGH... these question is hard to answer because i personally thinks that this 2 question has so many answer and i couldn't answer all with my broken English... i already squeezing words from my brain now... i have no idea what i should write anymore... i should post a video to let you all know more about flowchart... Here it is~~~
